The Bucks acquired Michael Carter-Williams from the Sixers at the trade deadline in February, who is the presumed starting point guard heading into next season, and Vasquez gives them a reliable upgrade at the backup spot. Toronto will be on the clock soon with the 20th pick in tonight’s Draft in addition to the second-round pick they acquired.
Here’s more from USA Today Sports‘ Jeff Zillgitt on the future second round pick the Raptors acquired in the deal.
That 2017 first-round pick the Bucks (via Clippers) sent to Raptors for Greivis Vasquez is lottery protected 1-14 in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
