The Cleveland Cavaliers have one rarely talked-about asset in their arsenal: a ruthless stadium crew. In Game 3, the same people who created a feverish pandemonium at Quicken Loans Arena in last year’s Finals showed us more of the good stuff, getting their fans to boo by way of an unusual method. They put consummate punchline rock band Nickelback up on stadium screens, wearing Warriors jerseys:
They showed Nickelback on Warriors jerseys on the Jumbotron here in Cleveland and everyone started booing. Amazing. pic.twitter.com/1IfKK7Bsek

This, of course, is how you remind Cleveland to jeer. By making Chad Kroeger appear to be a Steph Curry fanboy. So far it seems to be working, with the Warriors trailing the Cavs by eight at halftime, and Curry scoring about as often as Kroeger write a subtle lyric, with just two points heading into the third.
