The Harlem Globetrotters are just the best. Whether they are hanging out with the Pope or setting world records for the longest backwards shot, the Globetrotters are the cream of the crop when it comes to sports-based entertainment.
With some upcoming dates at Madison Square Garden to close out the year, Globetrotters players Hawk Thomas (who has already performed his own share of impressive shots at MSG before), Moose Weekes, and Cheese Chisholm took their talents to Manhattan where they knocked down some highly impressive trick shots from the top of the world’s most famous arena. Because they’re the Globetrotters, they celebrated with some great dance moves.
TMZ also caught up with them to get their opinions about whether or not the Black Mamba himself, Kobe Bryant, could have a career with the Globetrotters after he retires from the NBA at the end of this season, as well as their thoughts on the greatest bench of all-time, the Monmouth Hawks.
To make it even better, the shots were for a good cause as the Globetrotters donated 90 tickets to kids (to celebrate their 90th anniversary) from the Garden of Dreams Foundation, because once again, the Harlem Globetrotters are the best.
