Kevin Love was battling Kelly Olynyk for a rebound midway through the first quarter of Game 4 today, when Olynyk appeared to put him in an armbar, and Love’s left limb popped out of the shoulder socket. That’s how it looked, but it’s merely conjecture at this point (we’re not doctors). Here’s another angle:
Love immediately took off for the locker room after the two were disentangled and Olynyk was called for a loose ball foul.
ABC reports he will not return, and there’s no official diagnosis of a dislocated arm — that’s just how it appeared when we saw it happen:
ABC reports Kevin Love with ice on shoulder in locker room, will not return to game.

The Cavs have only characterized it as a L shoulder injury so far. Not dislocation. Love won't return. Undergoing ice & evaluation.

We’ll have more on the injury as we hear it, but Love will continue to ice in the locker room and undergo further evaluation.
