In the latest fallout from Hall of Fame coach Lute Olson‘s sudden retirement, the Wildcats have seen three top high school recruits de-commit from the program.

Just like when Coach O’s leave of absence last year directly or indirectly led to a domino effect of current players, incoming recruits and assistant coaches leaving the program, last week’s retirement announcement is already causing more losses, as Class of 2009 seniors Abdul Gaddy, Mike Moser and Solomon Hill have all pulled out of their respective verbal commitments to UA.

Gaddy is the biggest name of the bunch, a Top-25 player nationally from Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, Wash.) who had already de-committed from Arizona once before. Moser and Hill are Top-100 forwards from Portland and L.A., respectively; Hill is a teammate of fellow senior superstar Renardo Sidney at Fairfax High School.
