Game 1 of the NBA Western Conference Finals was highly entertaining. League MVP Stephen Curry and runner-up James Harden had 34 and 28 points, respectively, in a 110-106 win by the Warriors. Both scored 21 of their final tally in the entertaining second half.
Rockets center Dwight Howard wasn’t nearly as active as the top two finishers for MVP after sustaining a knee bruise during the first quarter. While Howard was staying loose on a stationary bike, a Warriors fan decided it was a good time to talk a little trash. Exactly what the fan said is unclear — except for the f-bomb he dropped.
Security moved the fan along and everyone seemed generally annoyed for the 10 seconds of their lives they would never get back.
The irony, of course, is that the fan was wearing a Golden State “Strength In Numbers” shirt while having neither strength nor numbers on his side.
