Shaun Livingston was definitely, definitely fouled before he chased down referee Scott Foster and complained about a no-call. His frustration, basically, was understandable, but it certainly doesn’t justify Livingston’s extremely aggressive and perhaps profanity-laced pursuit of an argument – especially after he was already assessed one technical foul.
