Rumors are swirling around Kimbo Slice. TMZ reported earlier tonight that Slice had been admitted to the hospital and was in a “dire situation,” which was soon followed by Slice’s old training partner announcing on Facebook that the Bellator and former UFC fighter had passed away due to heart failure.

We reached out to Bellator, and their answer was short:
“We’re in the process of gathering information.”
At this time, no reliable source has come forward with information regarding Kimbo Slice’s health. All we know right now is that he’s in the hospital, and he’s not in a good way. As soon as we find out more information, the story will be updated.
*UPDATE: Sadly, Kimbo Slice has passed away. He was 42.
