One of the hottest pilots of the 2015/2016 television season is Fox’s Minority Report. Produced by Steven Spielberg, the series picks up 10 years after the events of the Tom Cruise film, with the precogs attempting to live a normal life. With production about to begin, it seems the greenlit pilot has just found one of its stars.
[Laura Regan] will play Agatha, the deeply compassionate foster sister of identical twins Dash and Arthur. Like her brothers, she possesses the ability to see into the future, but with more clarity than they can.
Regan is probably best known for her role as Harry Crane’s wife Jennifer on Mad Men. Written by Max Borenstein and directed by Mark Mylod, the new show is currently on the fast track for a series order at the network. If that happens, it remains unknown how many episode the first season would include, or whether it’d be a fall or mid-season series.
