Now that every episode of Seinfeld is available to watch at one’s leisure on Hulu, the show about nothing seems relevant once again. Half of the cast are still regularly working, what with Jerry Seinfeld’s Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee and Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ Emmy nominated role on HBO’s Veep. It’s not very difficult to see why Hulu grabbed up the rights to the popular ’90s series. NBC’s “Must See TV” lineup can now be relived everyday in the comfort of one’s own home.
With its resurgence, I’ve noticed recently a bunch of younger folks who weren’t, say, alive when the show originally aired, walking around throwing out quotes from the series. From, “No soup for you” to “Hello, Newman,” it feels like Jerry Seinfeld and the gang are experiencing a well deserved renaissance. So in celebration of not wanting to look like a pirate whilst mastering one’s domain, the above supercut of Seinfeld‘s best catchphrases outlines all the best, well, catchphrases from the series. Yada yada…
It’s like a Festivus for the rest of us!
