It turns out Kitchen Nightmares breakout psychopaths Amy and Samy Bouzaglo weren’t just turning on the charm for Gordon Ramsay’s cameras. The Bouzaglos, famous for cursing out customers, each other, and servers on the Fox reality show last year (and then flipping out on Facebook), were up to their old tricks over the weekend, chasing a customer out of their restaurant with a barrage of salty language and what appears to be a giant knife.
KTAR News reports a drunk man was eating at Amy’s Baking Company in Scottsdale, Arizona when Amy “became enraged and ordered him to leave — and he did.” The aftermath of the ordeal — caught on the TMZ-acquired video above — consisted of Samy waving a large knife and “threatening to kill” the patron as Amy tried to hold him back. CBS 5 has more details:
Witnesses said Samy Bouzaglo, who operates Amy’s Baking Company with wife Amy, was waving a knife and yelling as he chased a drunken man out of their business, according to a police report.
Scottsdale police Officer David Pubins said authorities were called to the restaurant Saturday at around 5 p.m. to investigate a disturbance.
The man was gone by the time police arrived and no arrests were made, but police say charges may be pending if/when the man is located and interviewed.
Because every story has two sides, it’s important to note that the Bouzaglos told TMZ that Samy was waving a pen, not a knife. The biggest, sharpest pen you’ve ever seen in your life.
