Here’s Your Official First Look At AMC’s ‘Preacher’ Series

Production has officially started on AMC’s pilot for Preacher. Seth Rogen just revealed on Twitter the first photo of Dominic Cooper as Reverend Jesse Custer. The image above also gives us a glimpse at Ian Colleti as Arseface in what appears to be a more contemporary-looking bedroom. In case you’re curious, that’s co-writer Evan Goldberg in the background.

Many of the comic’s fans may still find it a bit hard to believe a Preacher series is being made. According to a previous tweet by Seth Rogen, you fans are not alone:

Rogen and Goldberg are co-directing the Preacher pilot and unconfirmed rumors suggest, if the show is ordered to series, AMC will aim for a 2016 premiere.
