Jack Black and Jimmy Fallon covering “More Than Words” is either going to be the straw that breaks the late night camel’s back or it is going to be the greatest thing ever with people loving it. I’m leaning towards the former because I can’t think of much that I dislike more than this song.
You can compare Black and Fallon with Gary Cherone and Nuno Bettencourt below or just spare yourself and know that it is a pretty good recreation all around, despite the song. They honestly just perform and recreate the video, though, without any silliness or “Weird Al” zaniness. Jack Black does some crazy facial expressions, but that’s fairly normal at this point. A natural state of being.
Couldn’t they have just sweded a movie or something? Maybe chose a different song? Some Foreigner maybe? Dio?
