Theories about the Egyptian pyramids and their true purpose notwithstanding, Megan Fox is actually a pretty funny lady. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows star stopped by Conan this week, where she took the chance to poke fun at her franchise costar, Will Arnett.
Fox and Arnett of course worked together on the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie in 2014, and she says right off the bat that he doesn’t appreciate when she tells this story, so you know it’s gonna be good. Apparently Arnett was dating quite a bit at the time, and as they were filming on set, she noticed that the ladies he was bringing around were getting progressively younger and younger as the weeks went on. Finally she was forced to pull Arnett aside and ask him, “Buddy, I’m worried. Should I talk to craft services and make sure they have Lunchables for your girlfriends? There’s no food here with cartoon characters on it!”
TO BE FAIR, that Turtles movie came out the same year Arnett filed for divorce from Amy Poehler, so we can probably assume the guy was going through a bit of a mid-life crisis. Anyone who gets divorced in their 40s should be given a grace period to parade around 21-year-olds, that’s just common sense.
