Orange Is the New Black has never shied away from nudity, but of course, it’s ultimately up to the individual actresses to decide how much or little they want to bare. Adrienne C. Moore, who plays “Black Cindy” on the series, visited Conan last night, and he asked about all those bathroom and shower scenes and whether she’s comfortable with being exposed. Of course, this is coming from Conan, who is “hyper-ashamed about ever being naked around anybody.”
Moore says that she’s a “private nudist,” and while she loves letting it all hang out in the privacy of her own home, she’s not so into it in public. As for the few times that she’s been asked, she says she’s given the “TV titties” excuse. Allow her to explain:
As you guys know, my girl Taystee on the show, she talks about TV titties. And TV titties, my litmus test is this. Can I see this pencil for a second? So the test is, if you can take a pencil, ladies, and you can place it up under your tit, and if it falls, then you have TV titties. Which means that you can wear like a size A cup, and people aren’t gonna like, gawk at you.
She goes on to demonstrate how she sadly does not pass the TV titties test. All I know is that I’m disappointed that Conan and Andy didn’t volunteer to take the test too. TV titties or GTFO.
