Welcome to another week of The Walking Lulz, our episodic round-up of the best Walking Dead memes from across the internet. This edition was rough because meme making is a labor of love and most fans did not love reconnecting with Tara and Heath for an entire hour. In fact, all of the side-quests we’ve witnessed outside of Alexandria and Savior HQ kinda feel like they should have been 15 minute subplots in a single episode.
As it stands, it looks like we’re basically gonna run into the mid-season finale without anything particularly worthwhile being accomplished in-between. We can only hope all this world building is going to pay off big in the long run. But for now let’s get our angry fan hats on and grumble about how we didn’t even get to see a whisker of Daryl or Negan.
