Scream: The TV Series (MTV, 9:00 p.m.) — Scream is returning for a two-hour special Halloween episode. This one promises to be more fun and less gory than the rest of the show’s second season. Set eight months after the events of the season two finale, the TV “movie” sees Emma struggling to focus on her future, Noah and Stavo teaming up on a best-selling graphic novel based on the murders, and Audrey in a new relationship.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine (Fox, 8:00 p.m.) — The precinct’s annual Halloween heist is upon us and the squad decides to compete in order to take home the coveted title of Ultimate Detective Slash Genius.
NCIS (CBS, 8:00 p.m.) — Quinn and Bishop head to Philadelphia to work with MI6 officer Clayton Reeves after another MI6 agent goes missing following the murder of a petty officer.
The Flash (CW, 8:00 p.m.) — A new meta who can control metal terrorizes the city while Barry and Team Flash reunite with Earth-2 Wells and Jesse, who has the powers of a speedster, but Wells is concerned about her safety and wants her to stop using her powers.
The Middle (ABC, 9:00 p.m.) — Mike must pay a visit to the bursar after Sue forgets to renew her financial aid and gets kicked out of college. Meanwhile, Frankie has a parenting crisis of her own when she teaches Brick to swallow a pill.
The Voice (NBC, 8:00 p.m.) — More battle rounds. You know the deal.
WWE SmackDown (USA, 8:00 p.m.) — AJ Styles is forced to defend his WWE world championship in Denver.
American Housewife (ABC, 8:30 p.m.) — Greg comes down with the flu and, like any man, he’s a big baby while he’s sick. Katie kills herself trying to take care of him and the kids and her exhaustion leads to a confrontation with the school’s overbearing school crossing guard.
New Girl (Fox, 8:30 p.m.) — The gang pitches in to help Schmidt and Cece remodel their fixer-upper, while Jess attempts to get out the vote to allow Reagan to eventually move back into the loft.
Bull (CBS, 9:00 p.m.) — Bull and his team visit a small Texas town — the sight of the only trial loss of his career — in order to help a woman fighting a drug patent lawsuit.
Fresh Off the Boat (ABC, 9:00 p.m.) — After taking some of Eddie’s advice, Emery uses fake Chinese customs to fool the teachers and staff into giving him special privileges. Meanwhile, Jessica isn’t a fan of the new housekeeper Louis hired without her permission.
This Is Us (NBC, 9:00 p.m.) — In the past, Rebecca and Jake take the kids to a community pool, where they realize each child’s unique struggles. Meanwhile, in the future, Kevin auditions for a Broadway play, Toby runs into his ex-wife while on a date with Kate, and William is reported as a loiterer in Randall’s predominantly white neighborhood, exposing deep-seated racial tensions.
Scream Queens (Fox, 9:00 p.m.) — Dean Munsch, Denise and Hester plan to catch the Green Meanie by throwing a Halloween party in the hospital. As Chanel attempts to contact the killer’s latest victim from beyond the grave, back at the party, another outbreak puts the hospital on alert and Brock and Cassidy jump into action.
The Real O’Neals (ABC, 9:30 p.m.) — Pat plays matchmaker for Eileen and VP Murray, not realizing they’ve been secretly dating all summer and Kenny has a bad experience on a gay dating app.
Atlanta (FX, 10:00 p.m.) — Some NFL players drop by Primal.
Chicago Fire (NBC, 10:00 p.m.) — Casey and Dawson deal with a political sh*tstorm as the squad responds to an auto accident and Brett and Mouch set aside their writing differences for the greater good.
Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (ABC, 10:00 p.m.) — S.H.I.E.L.D. finally faces Ghost Rider while Daisy gets help from a familiar face to thwart the Watchdogs.
NCIS: New Orleans (CBS, 10:00 p.m.) — Sebastian after he’s abducted from a restaurant and forced to orchestrate a prison break using his gaming skills so the team must rescue him.
