Running Wild with Bear Grylls (NBC, 10 p.m.) – Season two opens with Bear taking actress Kate Hudson on a relaxing hike through the Dolomites, one of Italy’s most challenging mountain ranges. Normally, I wouldn’t mind watching celebrities struggle to survive in the wild for two days, but I actually like Kate Hudson, so I hope she makes it out of this alive and without a terrible case of traveler’s diarrhea.
American Ninja Warrior (NBC, 8 p.m.) – The Venice Finals course has 30 of the top competitors tackling more weirdly named obstacle courses like the Salmon Ladder and Rumbling Dice.
So You Think You Can Dance (Fox, 8 p.m.) – We’ve whittled it down to 20 dancers now, and we’ve finally made it to the live performances (where some actual choreography takes place).
The Bachelorette (ABC, 8 p.m.) – After Shawn threw a hissy fit about Nick’s overnight date with Kaitlyn, he gets his chance to romance her for an evening. After sending one guy home, the bachelorette visits the families of the two remaining men, and both sets of parents are (rightly) pretty skeptical about this whole reality dating show concept.
The Fosters (ABC Fam, 8 p.m.) – It’s Callie’s 17th birthday, which means a huge party, some surprising guests and the opportunity for the foster kid and her sibling to secretly buy a car.
WWE Monday Night Raw (USA, 8 p.m.) – Brock Lesnar apparently went on a one-man rampage and Seth Rollins isn’t too happy about it.
Major Crimes (TNT, 9 p.m.) – Another thrilling episode of someone being murdered and a squad of detectives — each going through their own personal drama – banding together to miraculously solve the case in 60 minutes (or less).
Swamp People (HST, 9 p.m.) – The season finale sees two gator-hunting families challenge each other (to what, I don’t know, but I’m assuming it has something to do with swamp-dwelling oversized reptiles, or chewing tobacco), and a hunter pits his sons against each other to see who can nab the biggest catch.
Chasing Life (ABC Fam, 9 p.m.) – April readies for a girl’s getaway to Bermuda with Beth, but things don’t go as planned once they get there. The girl has cancer. Can’t she just catch a f*cking break?
Murder in the First (TNT, 10 p.m.) – Jamie digs into Dustin’s past; Terry and Hildy investigate some sleazeballs in their own department; and someone close to Sugar vanishes.
Teen Wolf (MTV, 10 p.m.) – A recently temporarily paralyzed Stiles has recovered full use of his limbs, but not so much his brain. The guy goes hunting for these weirdos known as the Dread Doctors all on his own, which probably won’t sit too well with Scott.
LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Paul Rudd and Echosmith on Fallon; Michael Douglas, Jim Gaffigan and Nate Ruess on Meyers; Carli Lloyd, Chris Tucker and Judy Greer on Corden; and Jack Black on Conan. Kimmel is a repeat tonight.
