Scream Queens (Fox, 9 p.m.) – Chanel’s pumpkin-patch party might be put on hold after Dean Munsch’s latest announcement. Meanwhile, Pete and Grace’s search party leads them to the Red Devil and Chanels #3 and #5 get a glimpse of what life would be like if they started answering to their God-given names and stopped taking orders from a tyrannical murdering psycho b*tch.
Chicago Fire (NBC, 10 p.m.) – The season four premiere sees Casey – who I must stress is a fireman – going undercover to bring down a trafficking ring held at gunpoint (because apparently all of the Chicago PD team is tied up with more important business). Meanwhile, Severide gets an unwelcome surprise, Dawson comes to terms with the fact that her life is about to change and a new addition to the firehouse makes a memorable first impression.
2015 BET Hip Hop Awards (BET, MTV, MTV2 8 p.m.) – A bunch of your favorite rap/hip-hop artists are gathering for star-studded performances and to congratulate each other on how much money chart success in No. 1 hits they’ve accumulated this year.
Grandfathered (Fox, 8 p.m.) – Jimmy and Gerald have a boys’ night out bonding sesh while Annelise hires a new mixologist.
NCIS (CBS, 8 p.m.) – Vance partners up with Gibbs to investigate a murder tied to an NCIS agent he locked up years ago.
The Flash (CW, 8 p.m.) – The volunteer sign-up sheet for Joe’s meta-human task force is growing while Barry and the team try to figure out if they can trust Jay Garrick – an all-around skeevy guy from Earth-2 who likes to ramble about a new super-speedy villain called Zoom.
The Muppets (ABC, 8 p.m.) – A late-night karaoke binger with Ed Helms sees the Muppets suffering from a serious hangover, and Kermit is pissed because none of them show up to work the next day. Hey, we’ve all been there.
Fresh Off the Boat (ABC, 8:30 p.m.) – While Jessica’s trying to get Grandma Huang to invest in her new business, Louis is busy staging the perfect John Hughes–inspired school dance for Eddie.
The Grinder (Fox, 8:30 p.m.) – Deb and Claire are now BFF’s – which doesn’t sit too well with Stewart. Meanwhile, after Claire shows no interest in Dean, he assumes it’s because she’s some kind of mole that’s been leaking company secrets to a rival firm. (Because obviously there’s no other possible explanation for a woman not finding Rob Lowe attractive.)
Democratic Presidential Debate (CNN, 9 p.m.) — The first Democratic Presidential debate takes place tonight between candidates Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Lincoln Chafee, Martin O’Malley and Jim Webb. Will it be as entertaining as the Republican debates — you know, those clusterf*cks that feature Donald Trump calling everyone else a loser and Ben Carson arguing about gun control and the Holocaust? Probably not.
Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (ABC, 9 p.m.) – Hunter continues his plan of revenge against Hydra and Ward while Daisy, Mack and Coulson have their hands full protecting Lincoln from Rosalind’s team.
NCIS: New Orleans (CBS, 9 p.m.) – A Navy drone pilot – who came across some military surveillance after using a black market-acquired drone – is murdered, and the team investigates.
The Voice (NBC, 9 p.m.) – The battle rounds continue and we’re treated to more wisdom from Selena Gomez and Missy Elliott.
iZombie (CW, 9 p.m.) – Liv snacks on a murdered frat-bro’s brains and relives her hard-partying college days, while Ravi brings Major into the probe and Blaine meets with a mysterious guy from his past.
Ink Master (Spike, 10 p.m.) – The remaining three artists tatt off for the $100,000 prize.
Limitless (CBS, 10 p.m.) – Agent Morris is dealing with a bit of an emotional breakdown after going through her estranged, late father’s things, while Brian’s loyalty to the FBI comes into question.
Public Morals (TNT, 10 p.m.) – Kane returns to Hell’s Kitchen; Fortune’s mom gets into town; and Muldoon tests Shea to see if he’s worthy of a place on the squad.
The Bastard Executioner (FX, 10 p.m.) – Lady Love is paid a visit by a surprising ally while Wilkin and Toran’s revenge timeline gets bumped up.
