One of the best sections of the Team Coco website for Conan is “Lost Auditions,” which features some delightful actors filming pretend audition reels for huge blockbuster movies that they had nothing to do with. Previously, Willie Nelson tried out for The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug and Nic Cage offered up his best Lincoln, among others, but the newest video features our friends from Comedy Central’s Workaholics auditioning for Game of Thrones.
Adam Devine, Anders Holm (star of our latest UPROXX 20) and Blake Anderson basically nail the general themes of Game of Thrones, but I’d honestly like to see the show incorporate more cats in the place of dragons. Like, giant winged, fire-breathing cats would be equal parts adorable and terrifying. George R.R. Martin should think about writing that into a new book or the show. That would be pretty tight butthole. In the meantime, we’ll take as many collaborations between Conan O’Brien and the Workaholics guys as we can get.
