Today’s WTF Gadget Makes The Shake Weight Commercial Look Tame By Comparison

Mom?

Normally we don’t post about fitness equipment unless it’s being used to help stroke victims and gives us an excuse to post a picture of the Wii model, but we’ll make an exception for the Horse Riding Fitness Ace Power. This gadget and its insane commercial is Korea’s answer to the weirdness of gadgets from Japan and the discomfort of viewing a Shake Weight commercial in front of your parents. You win this round, Korea.

Feel free to watch the video below without any context, or attempt to wrap your head around the the official video’s YouTube description:

From Korea, for those who like to ride horses in front of their TV and in the comfort of their own home. For all family members, this home mechanical equestrian system will meet all the family’s needs. It helps to “fitness” you up! And reach health goals! Live longer for now! Be your Ace Power!!

I want to live longer (for now). I like to ride horses in the comfort of my own home. I’d like to have my entire family’s mechanical equestrian needs met. But how? Ace Power!! “Fitness” yourself up! Why is fitness in quotes? Ace Power!!

But I’m not quite sold yet. Does it come with attachments? Can it vibrate? Can it fold up to hide under a bed, because for the love of God I don’t want anyone seeing this in my house?

For comparison, here’s the original Shake Weight commercial:
