George R.R. Martin could learn a thing or two from J.K. Rowling.

The British author not only finished her seven-book Harry Potter series in just 10 years (it’s taken 20 years for Martin to complete five Song of Fire and Ice novels), she’s also written four separate books, two Harry Potter companion novels, co-authored a play, dedicated a good amount of time to shutting down Twitter trolls and she’s the screenwriter of the upcoming Potter-inspired film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

In case that wasn’t enough proof Rowling has magical multi-tasking abilities, we’ve now learned that Rowling already has the sequel to her upcoming film penned to page. According to David Yates, the man who worked with Rowling on the final four Potter films and who’s partnering with her as the director of Fantastic Beasts, Rowling has finished the script for the prequel’s sequel and she even has the bare bones of a plot for a third movie.

“She’s done the first one. She’s written the second one. She’s got ideas for the third one,” Yates told Reuters at the premiere of his latest film, The Legend of Tarzan.

It’s no secret Warner Brothers was planning for Fantastic Beasts to be a trilogy. The money’s obviously there — Harry Potter fans are hard-core and their love for all things magic will probably live forever — and since Rowling isn’t adapting the film’s characters from any book, she’s not constrained to telling a strict story.

In other words, the pieces are perfectly set for Rowling to use that incredibly imaginative brain of hers to craft as many stories about the North American wizarding world as her heart desires. Hopefully, we’ll be watching them play out on the big screen for a long time.
