The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating abuse claims made by Scottine Ross about her ex-fiancé Charlie Sheen.

Ross, a retired porn star who performed under the name Brett Rossi, accused the Anger Management actor of “assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment, and negligence for failing to disclose that he was HIV-positive during their engagement,” according to NBC News. She’s also requesting a protective order against Sheen, who reportedly confessed in a 35-minute tape to lying to a “sex partner” about his HIV status and — it gets worse — threatened to pay someone $20,000 to kill Ross, who he previously called an “extortionist… who gets paid for sex as a prostitute.”

Los Angeles police served a search warrant Tuesday at [Radar Online’s] New York headquarters seeking the audiotape and confirmed Wednesday to NBC News that Sheen was the subject of a “felony threat investigation.”

The search warrant, which was obtained Wednesday by NBC News, says Ross told investigators that Sheen had unprotected sex with her while he was infected with the human inmmunodeficiency virus that causes AIDS, without informing her of his condition. It said Ross told police that she “endured domestic violence, physical assaults, and death threats” while she was with Sheen. (Via)

Radar reports that Sheen told a mysterious woman on the tape, described as an “ex-lover,” that Ross “needs to be f*cking buried. I’d rather spend 20 grand to have her head kicked in.” Later, when she asks “why did you tell me you were not infected,” Sheen replies, “Because it’s none of your f*cking business.”

In a civil lawsuit filed last December, Ross described the many times Sheen “erupted in violent fits, often accompanied by threats,” including in 2014, when he allegedly “demanded information about Ross’ ex-husband. When she refused to provide it, Sheen flipped over a coffee table, threw a punch at her, and began kicking her as she lay huddled on the floor.”

Sheen’s manager Mark Burg told NBC News that he looks forward “to the LAPD looking into the audiotape and once and for all exonerating Charlie Sheen in yet another attempt at extortion… Hopefully we will see him back on TV making people laugh, which is what he does best.” Ha?
