Stephen F. Austin pulled off one of the best upsets in this year’s NCAA Tournament thus far when they beat three-seed West Virginia 70-56 on Friday evening. The Lumberjacks will play again on Sunday against Notre Dame for a spot in the Sweet 16, and the team was hoping that a different S. Austin would be in attendance in the Barclay’s Center to cheer them on.
Hey @steveaustinBSR – if you're in Brooklyn on Sunday, we'll save a seat for you. #AxeEm #MarchMadness

On the surface it may not seem like the real Stephen F. Austin and Stone Cold himself would have much in common besides a surname. However, Stephen F. Austin was the man responsible for the second colonization of Texas, the same state in which the six-time WWE Champion was born into this world, ready to crack open a Steveweiser and give a Stone Cold Stunner to whoever stepped in his way from day one.
Unfortunately for the Lumberjacks, Stone Cold was too tied up to make it out to Brooklyn to see SFA take on the Fighting Irish (no word on whether they have reached out to, like, Finlay or Sheamus to come cheer them on) but he was nice enough to grace them with a #HELLYEAH on Twitter.
@SFA_MBB I'm busy fighting crime on the mean streets of LA right now. Congrats on a helluva win and best of luck!! #HELLYEAH!

Although Stephen F. Austin may be a long shot to reach the Final Four in Houston, some people on the internet have already noticed a potential Final Four matchup with another NCAA Tournament team that happens to have a wrestling themed name.
Final Four Saturday just happens to be the day before WrestleMania in the same state as the event is taking place AND both Austin and The Rock should be in the area. Don’t mess this up for us, Iowa State.
