Aubrey Plaza Says She Falls In Love With Girls And Guys, And Outs Grumpy Cat As ‘Definitely Gay’

April Ludgate and Andy Dwyer were everyone’s favorite dysfunctional couple on Parks and Recreation. But with all due shirtless respect to Chris Pratt, it seems like Aubrey Plaza’s Tatiana is even more infatuated with co-star Anna Kendrick’s Alice in Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates. Which makes sense, considering that the actress falls “in love with girls and guys. I can’t help it.”

That’s what Plaza told LGBT-focused publication The Advocate in a new interview. The Dirty Grandpa actress — another film where she is, in her words, “all tan, wearing bikinis, and partying like crazy” — grew up in a “very Irish Catholic, Republican area” in Delaware. But she found a local community theater group that taught her “at an early age that it’s OK to stand out and let your freak flag fly… I’ve always had this mission of disrupting social norms.”

Plaza, the Jared Leto of the Parks and Rec set, says her tastes are that of an “older gay man’s,” including loving Judy Garland (she listens to Judy at Carnegie Hall with Derek). “I think that’s who I really am.” She added, “I know I have an androgynous thing going on, and there’s something masculine about my energy. Girls are into me — that’s no secret. Hey, I’m into them, too.”

Oh, and in case you’re wondering: “Yep, Grumpy Cat is definitely gay.”

Deal with it.
