Lakers President Jeanie Buss: If You Don’t Want To Play With Kobe Bryant Then You’re A ‘Loser’

Move over Flea, there’s a new Kobe Bryant defender in town. Lakers president Jeannie Buss went on ESPN this morning and HOLY HELL was she angry. In no uncertain terms, Buss said she would fire the person(s) responsible for giving quotes to ESPN’s Henry Abbott. If you recall, it was Abbott who penned a column blasting Kobe Bryant, saying he “destroyed the Lakers within.”

Buss’ response:

“I read the story,” Buss said Thursday. “I don’t agree with any of it. If there is somebody that’s on our payroll who is saying things like that, I’ll soon get to the bottom of it, and they won’t be working for us anymore.”

“Any free agent that would be afraid to play with Kobe Bryant is probably a loser, and I’m glad they wouldn’t come to the team,”

BOOM!

Can you imagine the suit who said that about Kobe? Damn that person’s sh*tting bricks right now. And all for what? A few quotes and a butt slap from a reporter? Nah, not worth it guys. This is one of those times where shutting your trap is in your best interest.
