Due to this week’s record snowfall in Buffalo, the upcoming Jets-Bills game has been moved to Monday night in Detroit. As a service for fans with tickets who needed information on what to do, the Bills put up a hotline on their website. With just one small problem.
The Bills apparently mistakenly gave out an incorrect phone number for its ticket office. Information on the Bills Website instructs ticket holders to call 1-877-228-4357. But that’s actually the phone number for a domestic violence crisis center in Ohio, which has been receiving a barrage of calls from Bills fans.
Oops.
The correct number is 877-228-4257. So if you’re a Bills fan who isn’t currently in need of domestic violence support, please make note of the correction.
