Let’s Check In With Vaginal Weightlifter Kim Anami And Her Exciting New Tricks

Earlier this year, the internet learned about a vagina weightlifter named Kim Anami. This 44-year-old “fitness instructor” travels the world to hold seminars and exercise her vadge on a global scale. Anami is still on this worthy crusade and regularly posts new photos to Instagram, including this one from her “LA Series.” The picture shows her lifting a replica Oscar statuette on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Introducing the Best Supporting vagina:

Anami has a fierce vagina, but her hashtag game is even fiercer. She not only uses the #thingsiliftwithmyvagina tag but has added #vaginalkungfu and #vaginaltruth to her mix. Anami’s latest vadge weightlifting advice involves an abandonment of all “exhibitionist” goals. She doesn’t post vadge-lifting photos to Instagram for attention. Don’t be silly. She does so to achieve a better bedroom life:

Kim, who calls her technique Vaginal Kung Fu because it is “the study and mastery of something,” runs online intimacy tutorials and retreats all over the world for curious couples. “My sex life has improved radically and when I started weight-lifting with my vagina my partner noticed the difference immediately.

“I can have multiple orgasms, I’d say 10 or 15 orgasms in a row. I can have an energy orgasm, which means an orgasm which takes place without touch, meaning I can have sex with my partner when he’s on the other side of the room or even on the other side of the planet. So even hearing his voice or just thinking about him, I can have an orgasm.”

From a theoretical standpoint, it’s difficult to draw a connection between vadge-lifting and “energy orgasms,” but this lady focuses a lot of energy upon her nether regions. Anami says she can lift up to ten pounds of various items, which are anchored into a strategically placed jade egg. She enjoys lifting many types of fruit, conch sea shells, and trophies. Oh, and donuts.

Here’s Anami lifting a piece of the Berlin wall with her vadge, as well as several of her other recent adventures:

Here, I present, the first of the #thingsiliftwithmyvagina #eurotour: Me, at the Berlin Wall, lifting a piece of the former wall. With my vagina. It’s the Great Wall of Vagina! Much of my work is about breaking down sexual barriers: opening conversations about sex and daring to say the things that deep down (very deep, like cervix deep) people want to hear and say, but generally don’t. Then there is the literal work, the opening of the genitals. The de-armoring, the breaking down of past trauma and the healing of it. There are the emotional walls that we erect to protect ourselves. The choice to fear instead of open. Because it feels safer to not trust. We’ve been burned before. Until all of these barriers come down, until we soften and chip away at the hardness, we can’t fully feel. We can’t fully love. We can’t fully orgasm. And we can’t fully live. Over the years, on my own journey to wholeness, it’s been a constant work in progress to open, and to stay open. When you do the work, the deep, internal work of breaking down your own self-imposed barriers, you’ll find a whole other universe on the other side. The world, just like an open and trusting vagina, opens up to you and nourishes you. And that’s where the gold is: the deepest love, the best orgasms and the feeling that all is right in the universe and yourself. When you dare to open and stay open. #thingsiliftwithmyvagina Sunset with amethyst crystal, Venice Beach. The LA Series. Are you shining your inner light? Are you integrating your sexual energy into all that you do? Your sexual, life-force energy is your power source. It lights up everything that you do in the world. In a culture that separates sex from, well, life, it’s no surprise that people dissociate from their sexual organs. That dissociation manifests as body parts that, because they have been so disowned, end up being cut off. Literally. Wombs are removed, prostates taken out and breasts chopped off. Ah, if only we loved our body parts more. Maybe they’d stick around. The worst case scenario is people being so disconnected from their sexual organs that they shrivel away. The best case scenario is that you are so in tune with your sexuality and you love your genitals so much that they grow and shine. Breasts can grow. Penises can grow. Vaginas become strong and sentient. I’ve experienced it myself and seen it in my lovers. In fact, this light o’genitalia is what all spiritual leaders talk about when they try not to talk about sex. Surely, it’s what Marianne Williamson was talking about in her famous quote about shining your light: “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. So let your light o’genitalia shine. #thingsiliftwithmyvagina #vaginalkungfu #lightogenitalia
