Ravens’ Steve Smith Called Bengals Players ‘Trash’ And ‘F*ckboy’

The Ravens lost to the Bengals on Sunday to drop them to a surprising 0-3 on the season, but don’t blame Steve Smith for Baltimore’s struggles — the 36-year-old veteran has proven to still be one of the league’s elite wide receivers. Smith has amassed 25 receptions, 349 yards and two touchdowns already this season, including a 186-yard day on Sunday.

In the third quarter, with the Ravens trailing 14-0, Smith made this grab on 4th down that he turned into a 50-yard touchdown with a phenomenal run after the catch.

Smith has never been one to just hand the ball to the ref after a score and take his seat quietly on the bench, so it’s not all that surprising that he had something to say after his highlight play.

In case you’re not an expert lip reader, it sure looks like he is saying something to the extent of:

27? Trash

24? Trash

43? F*ckboy

Nos. 27, 24, and 43 are all Bengals’ secondary members (Dre Kirkpatrick, Adam Jones and George Iloka, respectively).

Cincinnati may have gotten the last laugh as they were the team that got the 28-24 victory and now stand three full games ahead of the Ravens in the AFC North, but Smith wins the trash-talking battle in a TKO.
