The Mountain From ‘Game Of Thones’ Shows Off His Latest Amazing Feat Of Strength

Hafthor Julius Bjornsson, better known as The Mountain from Game of Thrones, isn’t just some gigantic, clumsy doofus who happens to be 6-foot-9 and 400 pounds. He’s a competitive strongman who has a few athletic notches on his belt, like the time he sparred with a clearly terrified Conor McGregor for a few minutes.

The Mountain (that’s his name) also threw a keg super high into the air, which doesn’t sound like any sort of real sport, but I’m not going to be the one to tell him that.

His latest feat of strength? Pulling a 17-ton truck in preparation for a strongman competition.

Is this really that big a deal? Couldn’t anyone pull a 17-ton truck? It’s all about momentum and building it. Once the wheels of the truck begin to roll forward, all a person has to do is continue moving forward. Big whoop. Pull the truck while it’s in park instead of neutral if you want to impress me.

That video is also representative of what it’s like to be on Twitter. You’re just doing your thing, minding your own business and a bunch of men are screaming indistinguishable things at you that don’t really add anything to what you’re doing.

Anyway, here’s The Mountain crushing Oberyn’s skull because that’s a nice thing to watch while having breakfast at your desk on Friday.
