Donald Trump may be beloved by certain Americans, but he’s also reviled by others. An upcoming anti-Trump beer with the rudest name imaginable is evidence of that. The guy who used to make Trump Tower’s house beer has severed ties with the mogul/candidate’s businesses, and has repackaged its golden ale so that its name makes fun of Trump’s hair.
According to Beer Street Journal, Andres Araya used to brew Trump Golden Ale as part of his 5 Rabbit Cerveceria. Then came that incident at the beginning of his campaign (remember that far back?) where Trump said that Mexico has sent rapists and criminals to America. Araya stopped doing business with Trump Tower and is now rebottling this golden ale as “Chinga Tu Pelo,” which means “F*ck Your Hair” in English. The new label features Trump’s famous silhouette, including that head of hair, and the name of the beer emblazoned across his face.
As NBC News has reported in the past, 5 Rabbit Cerveceria is a Latin American-themed brewery based in Chicago. The brewery mixes Latin American flavors into their products, like hibiscus and dulce de leche.
Making a beer that makes fun of Donald Trump is another good way to stay on theme.
