Kevin Costner is a bad man…or is he?
In the upcoming film Criminal, Costner plays Jericho Stewart, a death row inmate who has had the skills of a deceased CIA operative (Ryan Reynolds) implanted in his brain. The feds do this so that they can stop an international terrorist.
HitFix has an exclusive clip of the first time Stewart realizes that something”s afoot. In one of the better collection of actors you”ll find, Costner (a two-time Oscar winner) shares the scene with Tommy Lee Jones (also an Oscar winner) and Gary Oldman (an Oscar nominee). As you can imagine, Costner”s character is none too pleased to find he”s basically had a hole drilled in the base of his head. It”ll only get worse when he finds out what this all means.
Criminal was written by Douglas Cook and David Weisberg, the team behind The Rock. It also stars Gal Gadot (Batman v Superman) and Michael Pitt (Boardwalk Empire). It's out in theaters April 15.
