Jon Hamm first obliterated his Don Draper austerity with guest appearances on “30 Rock” and “SNL,” but the “Mad Men” alum plays his zaniest character yet with a voice role in “Minions.” As Herb Overkill, the snazzy British husband of supervillain Scarlet Overkill (voiced by Sandra Bullock), Hamm gets to be rambunctious, silly, and even a little diabolical.
We caught up with Hamm to discuss meeting Bullock, trying new things in film, and the fact that he's seen “Dumb and Dumber” a thousand times.
