You have to give Marilyn Manson credit for one thing: he knows his brand. And much like Lady “Mother Monster” Gaga did with her Golden Globe-winning role on last season's American Horror Story, the former Sons of Anarchy cast member is extending that brand to the small screen with a “special guest starring role” on Season 3 of WGN America's witch-themed drama series Salem. Here's the description of his character:
Manson will portray “Thomas Dinley,” a barber and surgeon who is the go-to man in Salem, from a shave and a haircut to being leeched, bled, sliced open or sewn up.
Well, that one checks all the boxes, doesn't it?
Alongside Tyler Bates, Manson also co-composed Salem's opening theme, which boasts the very MM title “Cupid Carries a Gun.”
