You know how models pretend to be real people in photo spreads sometimes? That's sort of what Capitol Couture's latest collection feels like.
Panem's most devoted (and photogenic) downtrodden citizens are featured in “District Heroes,” a new spread by the government-sponsored fashion source that cheerfully depicts the lives of people who do all the work so the powerful few can focus on more important things, like spreading propaganda.
