Since the turn of the millennium, moviegoers have been treated to a number of memorable baddies, from over-the-top comic-book supervillains to just plain old evil human beings. Still, while there are lots of “greatest villains of all time” lists floating around the web, there aren’t many that take into account only those cinematic evildoers introduced in our current century. Given that, we figured we’d go ahead and fill in the gap by making one of our own.
