TV Ratings: Tuesday ‘Voice’ boosts ‘Chicago Fire,’ ‘S.H.I.E.L.D.’ tops ‘Carter’

Fast National ratings for Tuesday, March 3, 2015.

“The Voice” dominated Tuesday night in all measures and helped give a big boost to “Chicago Fire,” as NBC took advantage of CBS repeats to cruise to primetime victories across the board.

Tuesday's big premiere was FOX's below-“MasterChef Junior” launch for the new season of “Hell's Kitchen,” which helped cause tiny dips for both 9 p.m. comedies.

Over on ABC, “Fresh Off The Boat” posted a small drop among young viewers, but rose a hair overall, while the return of “Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” was, if nothing else, above recent averages for “Marvel's Agent Carter.”
