On today, which would have been Amy Winehouse”s 28th birthday, her family and friends have officially launched Amy Winehouse Foundation, which will raise funds to support “young people…who are in need by reason of ill health, disability, financial disadvantage or addition.”
As previously announced, sales of “Body & Soul,” the track Winehouse recorded with Tony Bennett for his upcoming “Duets ll” album to commemorate his 85th birthday, will go to the foundation.
