We’ve seen Ariana Grande bust out her Celine Dion before — bringing it back during this segment — but she is equally as impressive mimicking some other pop divas. Not only does she almost top Christina Aguilera’s impression of Britney Spears with one of her own, she also belts out one of Aguilera herself just to prove that she’s got it in her to go toe-to-toe with some queens of the teenie bop scene.
Jimmy Fallon goes to the well with his Aaron Neville and Sting impressions, but Grande is honestly the attraction here. She hides a mighty pair of pipes in that tiny body of hers (and probably a lot of knives if all that psycho talk is to be believed).
To me, this is the only saving grace for most of these games on The Tonight Show. I can’t say that I’ve ever wanted to watch someone play beer pong on television, but if a celebrity wants to do something surprising or fun during said game of beer pong, that might be worth a watch. Ariana Grande is pretty surprising during this interview (especially since she followed Robert DeNiro and he did not seem like he was thrilled to be around).
Too bad she hates freedom. She could be fun.
