Are you in a panic over what last minute gift to spring for as Father’s Day looms this weekend? Don’t worry. Comedian/dad Jim Gaffigan has come to your rescue. It’s a rescue that manages to include one big-ass gummy worm.
JGaff popped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night to bless the world with a Father’s Day gift guide that will either save or derail Sunday’s glad dad festivities. Ties, drills and beer helmets are all misfires in Gaffigan’s opinion, but not all hope is lost. There are alternatives.
“This is a great gift,” notes Gaffigan while clutching an enormous (and vaguely sex toy-esque) gummy worm in his hand. “I actually was given this by The Rock. He gave me this.” As we saw, The Rock finished that treat later on the show, breaking a self-imposed candy ban that has lasted nearly three decades.
As the TV Land star takes a big ol’ bite of his recommended gift, host Jimmy Fallon tries to stop this candy feast from happening, but it’s too late. You can’t unbite that worm. Plus, there are probably Father’s Day immunity laws that allow Gaffigan to enjoy such Caligula-type decadence.
