DimeTV: Dwight Howard Introduces adidas miCoach

You may not be able to build the same massive shoulders as he, but now thanks to adidas and THQ, you’ll be able to workout just like Dwight Howard – with Dwight Howard. Digitally that is. Expected to drop on the public scene in early 2012, adidas miCoach is an interactive training system that puts users side-by-side with their sports idols to train effectively. And whether you’re looking to strengthen your exercise routine or are just starting out, miCoach is ready for all skill sets.

Using either Kinect for Xbox 360 or PlayStation Move, miCoach organizes your workouts and tracks your overall progress. It’s also not only limited to just the living room. The system is designed to be taken outside to track all of your cardio progress as well. Pretty amazing stuff if you ask us – keep on the lookout.

Last night, we caught up with Dwight in L.A. to hear all about it…
