This isn’t a good sign for the Washington Wizards.
All-Star point guard John Wall will miss his second consecutive game today after suffering five non-displaced fractures of his right hand and wrist in Game 1 of his team’s series against the Atlanta Hawks.

The 24 year-old was a late scratch from Game 2 as swelling associated with his injury increased shortly before tip-off. A lack of recovery progress led him to seek further medical assessment in the interim, at which time doctors diagnosed the full extent of his injury.
Though Wall’s injury is serious and won’t fully heal before the postseason’s end, it bears mentioning that no decision has been made on his less immediate playing future.
Hearing from different sources that it's very unlikely Wall plays today. Rest of series/playoffs up in air.
