The Miami Heat are one of the teams that are undefeated since the end of the NBA’s All-Star break. One of the reasons why is Hassan Whiteside, who has played out of his mind over the last two games. The big man followed up a 25-point, 23-rebound performance on Saturday with a 19-point, 18-rebound, 6-block outing on Monday.
Apparently, Whiteside has no signs of ending this run of great play. He got off to an emphatic start during the Heat’s game on Wednesday night against Golden State, as he scored 11 points in the first quarter against the defending champs. Those 11 points included this nasty finish off of an alley-oop via Goran Dragic.
So far, this looks like one of those games where Whiteside shows that he’s one of the most talented big men in all of the NBA.
