Prince fans have long accepted that when it comes to the legendary soul rocker’s live show to expect the unexpected. The Minneapolis musician offered Yahoo viewers an exclusive peak inside of his Paisley Park studio for the album release party for two new records, his solo set Art Official Age and 3RDEYEGIRL’s PLECTRUMELECTRUM, both out Tuesday.
The nearly two hour event included an extensive behind-the-scenes tour of the 65,000 square foot facility, interviews with collaborations, a preview of a track with Rita Ora, and a 20-minute live set of new music that featured an unannounced guest appearance by Kendrick Lamar.
