Seth Rogen Is Heartbroken That Shia LaBeouf Has Blocked Him On Twitter

So the last time we checked in with Shia Labeouf, he was making motivational videos, freestyle rapping other folks’ music, and saying he would’ve killed his girlfriend. Now he’s not even directly involved and he’s still making waves, this time with Seth Rogen. As it turns out, the two might’ve been Twitter friends (they do have history from Freaks And Geeks, according to Metro), but that is no more:

That’s right, LaBeouf blocked Rogen. Any relationship is over and it would seem that Rogen is shocked at the turn of events. No word on if this has anything to do with LaBeouf’s new initiative to only work with his friends, but it would seem that the voice of someone’s generation is poised to shift gears again, according to Yahoo:

“I want to work with people that I have a connection with,” LaBeouf said. “I think for a while I was chasing the 10 list, right? The 10 directors you want to work with — and that didn’t fare well for me.

“I do much better with loving, familial environments where you feel like you can fail and the dude will get you on the other side. So I’m trying to make friends now and work with those people.”

So why the blocking? Perhaps it has something to do with Tweets like this?

Or maybe it’s this one?

Either way, Rogen seemed to be having a good time before it all blew up in his face. Here he is lounging around with his dog just a few hours before he found out:

Luckily good people like Michael Ian Black are around to help discover what the problem is and possibly mend this divide between two Hollywood icons. This type of rivalry could shake the movie business to its core. At least until we find out LaBeouf borrowed all of this angst from Kim-Jong Un.
