There are feuds, then there’s the high school note-passing pissiness that existed for years between ’90s icons Courtney Love and Marilyn Manson (as well as life’s third-wheel, Billy Corgan). The pale-faced singers finally made up recently, ending a fight that “dates back to a 1999 tour during which Hole opened for Manson,” and now Love’s ready to kiss, too.

Manson was recently asked about his relationship with Love in an interview with Esquire:

We never really had a falling out. We’ve always been weird with each other, because she’s slept with pretty much every one of my friends, supposedly. Not me, though. She, one time, told me she was mad at me because I didn’t want to f*ck her and I was smarter than her. I said, “Well, you kind of proved your own point right there on that one.” But it was cool. He also mentioned that although they didn’t appear in any scenes together (it would’ve been like De Niro meets Pacino all over again), both he and Love were in the final season of Sons of Anarchy. Hopefully their encounter on Friday isn’t a repeat of what Manson did to Juice.
