News broke earlier this morning that Selena Gomez spent a few weeks in an Arizona addition treatment facility, The Meadows, last month, to combat a mixed bag of vices. One of those vices just happened to be everyone’s favorite little flight attendant abusing scamp, Justin Bieber. Oh, Selena. Couldn’t you have just picked meth or bath salts? So much less gross. Sources say Selena went for a combination of problems, including alcohol, pot and prescription Ambien. She’s also addicted to Justin Bieber.
We’re told Selena’s decision was largely based on “that crazy boy” — aka Bieber. Selena blames a lot of her problems on the excesses she was exposed to by being around Bieber and his buddies.
Sources close to Gomez tell us … people in Selena’s camp went ballistic when they found out she was hanging out again with Justin … and saw photos of her joyriding with him on Segways. We’re told that was the final straw — she checked into rehab immediately after that.
I love that Selena’s people’s final straw was when they saw her riding Segways with Justin Bieber. That incident occurred back in the early, freewheeling days of 2014, before Bieber was arrested and/or under suspicion of felony in three different cities and two different countries. Oh, five weeks ago: Such simpler, naive times you were.
