“First Take” discusses Jay-Z’s impact on the sports world as an up-and-coming agent.
This is one of the things that makes Jay-Z weak as a rapper, he always calls out/name drops (in a negative way) people who don’t rap and can’t respond in rap but when rappers call him out he’s “too big” to respond. If you can’t come at the rappers who call you out, don’t name drop anybody, that shit is weak.
C. Dolores Tucker
Scott Boras etc
His name dropping is usually him addressing an issue that’s revelant to everybody at that moment. The only shot he took was at O’Reilly & don’t tell me you law sleep over that. Other rappers drop his name for the issue it might cause
Power moves. Don’t like the album much but i like that you showing black ppl they can do other things to be rich or wealthy. Not a big fan but you inspire me Jay.
Jay Z is just a name, the CAA is the one pulling the strings. put a rapper as the chief and you will attract young talent like hell. same reason why Jay doesnt even own half of the brooklyn nets, the kid has ambition, same reason why he fucked over dame dash, and his crew. he do anything for wealth . a fraud ass nigga
@onblast I agree with that point. He got a Harry Belafonte and said his name in Nickles and Dimes but wouldn’t say Lil Wayne’s name La Familia, it is a bit of a bitch move in that sense. you can’t really justify saying everyone’s name who can’t rap but throwing subs at actual rappers
he even dissed wayne and wayne ain’t even hot no more.
^ the topic is about Jay saying people’s names in raps, hence the names he says are people who are not rappers and can’t / won’t respond lyrically the people he sends subliminals at are the rappers
Y’all lames do realize Jay doesn’t even have to rap right? He does this shit as a hobby now. Which other rapper can name drop people from Scott Boras to the POTUS??
Jay-Z is doing big things. Who the fuck cares if he calls out niggas or not.
hahaha @isthatright say wayne not hot no more he must didnt see his album sells
