David Ross Became The Oldest Player Ever To Hit A Home Run In Game 7 Of The World Series

Game 7 of the World Series is going to be Cubs catcher David Ross’ final game of his career and, win or loss, he’s going out with a bang. After taking a pitch off his facemask behind the plate an inning before, Ross smashed a home run to straight away center, becoming the oldest man to ever hit a homer in Game 7 of a World Series ever at 39 years old.
