Here’s a preview clip from Spike’s upcoming special One Night Only: An All-Star Comedy Tribute to Don Rickles, in which comedians and celebrities galore will honor the comedy legend by calling him mean names in a big fancy ballroom. This one features America’s Greatest Comedy Duo Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. (Sorry Key & Peele.) It’s funny. You should watch it.

It also brings up another point, which is that it kind of sucks that these two are so successful. Wait, hold on, no. That came out wrong. It’s fantastic that they’re so successful, because it’s earned and deserved 10 times over, and it makes my heart grown four of five sizes every time I see talented people do well in an industry where putzes often rise to the top. BUT. If they weren’t so busy starring in critically-acclaimed sitcoms and executive producing others, they’d have so much more time to work together, possibly on a late-night show, possibly on, like, HBO, where they could swear and cuss and do whatever they like. There’s really only one solution here: Clone Fey and Poehler.
